Exceptional hospitality. Great amenities. Value for money.
Exceptional hospitality. I entered the hotel heavily rain-soaked in the head. I was offered dry towels before any question being asked. Great amenities, especially the small packs of powdered green tea, coffee, cream and sugar. Quiet neighborhood. Comfortable firm bed. Overall good value for money,
Many exits from the Ningyocho subway station and another APA hotel nearby, therefore it was a bit confusing to get back to this hotel. The room carpet and the bath tub can use a more thorough cleaning.

Very Good
It's a budget friendly hotel and the room reflects that in its size. Facilities were very clean, not a bad amount of space if you're just sleeping in it and otherwise exploring the city. Staff were very friendly and professional and we enjoyed our interactions with them.

Wonderful
I had a great stay at this hotel. The rooms were spotless, and the facilities were well-maintained and convenient. The bed was very comfortable, making for a restful night’s sleep. Overall, it's excellent value for money, and I’d definitely stay here again.
